FAQ’s About Piano Lessons
Will My Lessons Be On a Real Piano?
Yes. Our studios are equipped with several acoustic pianos.
Do I need a piano? Where should I get it?
You will need an instrument to practice at home. An electronic keyboard will suffice for a while, so you will not need to spend a fortune on a real piano right away. When the time comes, we can help you with your search.
What is a good age to start piano lessons?
Every child is different, but we like to start no younger than four years old. Please contact us if you have a child under four and we can help you find a good solution.
I am an adult. Will I fit in?
YES!! Adults often find their home at HSM. We have adult-specific ensembles and events, such as our wine & cheese events just for the adult players.
How Do I Get Started?
Our "Overture Starter Program" includes your first six lessons. After your first six lessons, you only commit to month-to-month agreements. Simply fill out our form, call or text us to get started!
